Option 3: Two Full One-Day Retreats + Six Month Checkup Session. Two One-Day Retreats scheduled a year apart with a checkup session at the six-month mark.

Needs Assessment: (Same as the two options outlined in Option 1).

The six month follow-up session will examine a specific and pressing board/governance issue and will also serve to follow up on agreements/assignments made at the initial retreat. Common goals for six month follow-up sessions include: the above, plus more specific training and implementing board governance issues, recruitment of board members, separating of difficult board members and problem solving/decision making processes. (Client may also elect to use the time for individual coaching of key professional staff members or lay leaders.)
12 monthly calls/emails with leadership/staff to keep process moving and monitor progress. Unlimited phone/email access for board and key professional staff to consult on any agency issue or request feedback.

Financial Commitment: Financial Commitment: Call or email for current prices. This fee is inclusive of all costs except transportation and hotel.

A deposit is required to begin the process and hold your dates. The outstanding balance will be billed quarterly.
