Marketing and Programming Assistant

Connie Suson has an extensive background in both marketing and programming. For nearly 20 years, Ms. Suson has created programs for groups of all ages – from educational to social to fundraisers - primarily in the non-profit sector. Prior to that, she worked in the business sector for 10 years in sales. Throughout this time, she surveyed trends and developed methods in which to market her sales and programs. Connie Suson has continually updated her skills and knowledge base with various seminars and course-work, including a certificate in Communal Studies from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Social Work.

With a background in communication and psychology, working at Zalkin Training & Development (ZTD) was a natural. Her attention to detail and insights into the human psyche, coupled with her experience in the world of planning and communication, help to round out the complete team of players that make up ZTD.
